Bella foto dell'auto che sbuca dal tunnel del Ponte Isabella (inaugurato per l'esposizione del 1911; la foto, a giudicare dall'auto; non è di molto posteriore).

Si possono vedere chiaramente, nelle inquadrature di Via Guido Reni, i tralicci dell'alta tensione presenti credo almeno fino alla metà degli anni ottanta in molti stradoni di quella che una volta era la periferia della città
Se ricordo bene c'erano anche in corso Brunelleschi.
La linea ad alta tensione di corso Brunelleschi venne rimossa dopo che aveva provocato un grave incidente: una gru aveva sfiorato i fili, gli occupanti erano rimasti folgorati.

La Horizon era sinceramente una bruttura, ma io ho avuto la fortuna di possedere una Talbot Sunbeam 1.6 4 carburatori a trazione posteriore, utilizzata anche nei rally. Sempre una macchina usata e da poco prezzo, s'intende

mio padre fu fortunato possessore di una horizon chrysler trofeo bicolore... marrone scuro sotto e marrone chiaro sopra...

Massima stima! Mi dicono che la Sunbeam fosse una macchina da guidatori esperti. La Lotus poi era proprio da piloti col pelo sullo stomaco, nei rally le suonava alla grande...

In realtà, a parte i modelli delle macchine, in tutte le foto è rimasto tutto esattamente come allora (eccezion fatta per il traliccio della corrente in via Guido Reni). Solo il bar trattoria è diventato un negozio di abbigliamento cinese.

Credo che ci impressioni molto il colore sbiadito delle immagini, a volte penso che se le vecchie cartoline non fossero in bianco e nero ma scattate con macchine moderne, probabilmente ci sembrerebbe tutto molto più familiare: strade, palazzi, persone.

Bella questa cartolina a colori...se solo riconoscessi la location!
La macchina grigia vicino alla Citroen DS cos'è? Sembra una Ford Cortina...

Edit: scusate, sono rimbambito. La torre sullo sfondo mi fa pensare che debba trattarsi, ragionevolmente, dell'aeroporto di Caselle.
